Dog in the Door

Part of a 2 week holiday back blip starting here on October 14th...

A very busy last day in New Delhi including a trip on a cycle rikshaw, seeing everyone getting ready for the start of Diwali, the spectacular Jama Masjid mosque (the biggest in India), the Indian parliamentary buildings, the truly magnificent Humayun's Tomb, a couple of rides in a couple of autorikshaws, and an unplanned trip to Lodi Garden, which produced two Mughal tombs just sitting there, which we then had a wander about (and which produced this blip...).

I think we were just avoiding the only bad hotel room of the trip, without a window ("Actually, most of our rooms have no window") and making the most of our last day. Picked up at 11pm to be taken to the airport for a 3.30am flight home.
