Too bad

it is out of focus but i only took the one shot.
These are organic bread buns which I thought I would have a bash at making since it isn't possible to buy organic bread here. 
It turned out to be a great success and since it only took about 15 minutes to prepare the dough, I can't understand why I didn't think of it before!
