BUGGER . . .

Just returned from a visit to Old Moor Nature Reserve, near Barnsley on the other side of Yorkshire.
A grand place to visit with superb views of Bullfinch - male and my first ever views of female and a youngster.
Bugger because I missed a flying Bittern - for the second time in a week !
Had to make do with this Bittern Sculpture - oh well fingers crossed for next week. Hope all are well.
