Haven't left the house today, indeed I have spent a chunk of the day in bed after sleeping really badly last night (and being upstairs meant I didn't have to encounter any of the Virgin Media men who have been bringing us super fast broadband, telly etc. 28mb download - superfast!)

These are the flowers my friend Vicci brought round 11 days ago, and they are still looking fab.
