Outside?! Me? Go outside?

Pip wasn't too keen this morning. She came for a run but after her breakfast she was pretty keen to stay under the blanket. A few biscuits coaxed her out!

Another good day. Lots done. Week two of my mindfulness course tonight so I've tried to do it for 12 minutes...it's so hard to concentrate!
