A distracted day in the office - my mailbox is rapidly emptying! I am avoiding the reading I am supposed to be doing as I am bored of it.

After work, I managed a hard hot yoga class. I am really pleased I went and I hope to get back there on Friday - I need to go more often especially whilst work is quiet!

Now to relax and sleep. Night Night
