George cheered on the England Women's Football Team today as they played their opening match v France in the World Cup.

They lost 1-0 but against one of the favourite teams that wasn't a bad result.

Thanks today to the BBC who scheduled the match on BBC2 and who have significantly increased their commitment to showcase women's sport .
