Doctor's Orders

I hurt my right foot at the weekend and punished it further by walking 15 miles. As a result its swollen and infected and I am now under doctor's orders.

Penicillin capsules four times a day and I need to keep it elevated.

Most of my size 11shoes won't fit so it might be sandals for work tomorrow.

I'll try and avoid the fashion police.
