Tubes

I think I found the source waters of the Interwebs!  From what I understand, these Interwebs are made up a bunch of tubes that all sorts of stuff shoots down to get from here to there and vice-versa.  This "power generating station" looks a lot like a bunch of tubes stuff could shoot through, so I'm convinced!  8^)
