Lone Tree on a Hill
During the editing of my Lake District pictures I noticed that my sensor had got progressively dirty, so I decided to get it cleaned. I nipped over to Leamington Spa after work to drop it off at LCE for cleaning. As it was a nice evening I decided to go home via Chesterton Windmill.
Unfortunately the Oilseed Rape had finished flowering so I went in search of something else to photography and came across this lone tree on the hill, which had featured in a recent magazine article. I only had my compact camera so I was a little limited on zoom.
