Pragmatism II

The rather embarrassing hacked-around-to-fit-sloped-roof wardrobe we evicted from the coach house at the start of the refurb came out of this window (without the luxury of a ladder).  We weren't expecting to have to bring the smaller one in this way but it was about half a smidgeon too big to get round the corner on the stairs, even having taken off several bits.

Rod & John obliged with a combination of ladder, carpet offcuts and rope.

New carpets down in the coach house bedrooms and stairs today - hence adding furniture subsequently.  Talk about cutting it fine - guests arriving tomorrow!
