Was the fact that they were blue significant?

Could men collect them?

Did you have to be a Lady or could you be foul mouthed and common?

Did they give you an IQ test to make sure you were allowed to collect?

I guess we'll never know as these mysterious items from yester-year have fallen into disuse.
