Trailing ivy

Work held a bonus in store for me as the colleague who's going away for two weeks next week has managed to get two others to help out with his work so it won't just be me. In fact, I shouldn't be too burdened at all. Hurrah!

I had a relatively easy morning then came home for lunch, prepared dinner and pottered. I borrowed a key from the school next door and later on L helped me in the school yard by chopping out a very thick arm of ivy growing up my back wall, over a window and getting up into the roof space. A good job well done. I'll pull it down when it dies. If you closely at my blip you'll spot my passion flowers looking pretty too. I can't wait til more are out.

I saw the head shrink for a very positive session. I explained how I was feeling about getting my food intake a bit more under control and the changes I've been making. All good.

We watched a rubbish tv film and am now watching Nashville, one of my faves on tv at the mo.
