So what to call a SELFIE of your hand...

A Handy....a sandie.....oh well...here it is ... my new night time restraint!!!  i have to wear this contraption when i sleep .... as might be expected, Terry is a little bit worried!   Happy to say that i'm not much of a thrasher so i think he's safe!

I just found out that a dear friend of mine, Tres, she was 100 years old, passed away yesterday!   It just doesn't matter how old they are eh....still hits you like a ton of bricks.   She was an amazing woman, i used to live with her when i worked with her daughter, Brenda a potter, and she was always so lively and interesting!   She was a star in my book that's for sure!
