The 'next thing' may go on for some time

Yes, back on George Square, which is still blocked off for prep for the Olympic Torch event. Yesterday they were playing with the lighting rig, today it was the video feed, hence the technician waving happily at the camera. I hadn't worked out quite where he actually was, but he was appearing in stereo on screen. There were guys on cranes making sure that the advertising banners were up right, it wouldn't be an Olympic linked event without Coca-Cola everywhere! Hmm, perhaps a note of cynicism crept in there.

But in the real world, I got my Bangladesh visa today :)
