Exercise!
Yes, I know I need to exercise. I tell people every day at work but do I do it? Often I dont. In the summer it is too hot, in the winter it is too cold, the rest of the year there is usually an excuse but most of the time I just don't even think about it. ROUTINE, that is what is needed. So I have got back on the exercise bike this week and have gradually increased up to 20 minutes with a sprint in there sometime. This shows the end of today's workout but the heart rate doesn't show up when you take your hands off the sensor and 100 calories have gone missing.
Now as a reward I have cheese and bikkies and a drink.
