I have to admit, I was not actually sleeping for this, just pretending! I'm shattered after having a hard session in the gym, interval training at max resistance on the bike followed by an hour and a half of much needed weight training, I have been doing this the past few months and slowly, can see some improvements :)

Off tomorrow, heading to Newcastle again for the weekend, should be good! :)
