Customer First

Had to collect a letter today because the postage wasn't paid... Had to park here because that's the rule at our 'customer friendly' local Royal Mail Depot... keeping customers at arms length I suppose, even better as the letter was an NHS appointment... £1.54 worse off!
Not much of a RANT eh?
