Mangetout

No sunshine today - grey moist air from the sea instead. Nevermind, after three days out and about it was a good opportunity to catch up with stuff, especially in the polytunnel where peas, beans, beetroot and spinach are all going  a bit rampant. These are mangetout. Because I always forget which of my peas are mangetout I rather cleverly decided to have purple ones this year so there's no mistaking.
Other than that, the rumour is that George Clooney is in town!!! really. A wozzing great super yacht is cruising up and down Bantry Bay and the word is it's Mr Clooney. According to Himself, this yacht costs £80,000 a week to hire! It comes equipped with 20 crew and can accomodate 12 people comfortably - oh, and it has its own white helicopter. Madness.
