Another beautiful sunshiney day!

I was in the second city of the empire for a network meeting.  I love hearing what folks are up to all over Scotland.  Today's big inspiration was hearing first hand from primary pupils about the daily mile.  It encouraged my table mates to go our for a walk at lunch time and what a good idea that was.  A good walk - nothing quite like it.

I noticed that a year ago I posted this song.  I love it so much I'm posting it again. That's just the way I roll.
