Ham it up

Not a reference to my days treading the boards with the Geddington Amateur Dramatic Society, though some may say it was, but a surprise invite to a ham tasting.

We were passing Les Ondines, one of favourite local restaurants in Grau d'Agde, when we were invited in to a Spanish ham tasting. Very apt as we are off to Spain next week.

The ham was carved straight of the leg for us by a Senor from Huelva, which is about as far away as you could get. Right down on the southern Atlantic coast. 

It obviously travelled well.
