Moorhen Mum & Chicks

This was taken in the local Angling Club's fishing Lake (it's little more than a puddle really!) which is stocked with a number of enormous fish (carp I assume).  This moorhen sensibly kept her chicks amongst the reeds and pond lilies, as I think they'd be phish-phood otherwise.
