here is today's model. poor boy, didn't even get asked if it was ok. it was mostly an accidental photo taken while being shown how to work some of my video settings by a very kind media geek friend who is lending me some recording equipment. tjc posted a horrid picture of us, so i'm not going to even apologise.

today was a slow starter in terms of motivation but then we had a great time at st giles school this afternoon. the kids were brilliant and everything we planned went just as we had wanted it to go.

an extra long spoons tonight due to that wonderful bright circle in the sky. way too much consumed. i just need to keep checking back on tjc's photo from today to motivate me to get running. i miss agi.
