Fixing

The flashing on the house needs some attention so some of the rendering has been removed to allow the work to be done.

Then the rendering will need sorting too.

If the replacement flashing lasts the 40 years this first lot did I'll be very happy.

I'll also be 91 so I probably won't care by then
