KiwiClarks. In our house!

8:30pm or there abouts. And there's a couple of Kiwis in our living room.

Eight years ago, the KiwiClarks left Scotland after five and a half years of working here. This is there first visit back together ( Steve-o visited last year).

So we had 36 people in the house this afternoon for a barbecue. It was great fun.

Someone rightly described it like Back to the Future - many of us hadn't seen each other in years and here were all of our kids running about and playing together.

Such a privilege to be able to host that kind of thing.

And a real delight to get time with friends who we don't see all that often. We saw the KiwiClarks a little over five years ago when we were at their house in Auckland.

And to be honest the conversation felt like we just picked up from five days ago. Not from five years.

Just brilliant.
