At the beach

My laptop seems to have lost its ability to connect to the Internet, so I'm catching up via iPhone and iPad.
Wedn was spent at the beach, just kicking back. We're trying to alternate days of bouncing around sightseeing with days of complete farniente.
The beach is lined with rows and rows of cabanas or umbrellas with chairs just awaiting (paying) occupants -- on that day, just us and another family. Perhaps vacations haven't started yet; perhaps the crisis is hitting harder than we thought?
We topped off the day with an amazing meal and the best seafood risotto I've ever tasted, on the terrace of a restaurant overlooking the sea. Now I know I'm in Italy! :)
