Morning Sun

I found these flowers behind the motel this morning with the rising sun brightening them up!    I was a hazy, cloudy day, some rain and then bright sun that was not good for taking photos from a moving vehicle.   But we are finally home after a long 14 hour drive.  The hubby really wanted to sleep in his own bed tonight and my poor Gypsy dog was really ready to get out of the truck for longer than half an hour! 

I will really miss that cool weather as it is now 9:30pm and the air conditioner is running to keep our house a cool 78..it is still 80 outside..out west I don't think it got to 80 during the hottest days!  And don't get me started on humidity!  It is good to be back home though!
