Tuesday plans

I had so many plans for my day of work. But I only managed to tick off two things on the list. Blip wasn't one of them. This is a "shoot&run to your expired parking ticket" shot. Luckily I didn't get caught. Who had this clever idea to limit parking in the city to 3 hours? My hairdresser visits are always longer than that.
