The Geese return...

Last evening, when Terry and i were heading out along the driveway, we spotted a pair of Canada Geese in the new pond....we remarked that last year at this time they were here and there were 2 babies.   just then we saw 5 little heads bobbing around in the grass and then one by one they got into the water!   It was just so exciting to see them back again.   Well one assumes it is the same pair.....and now they a family of 5 little ones.   There was such a lot of squawking going on early this morning, so Terry and i wandered down to the pond and there they were....maybe Zoe showed herself and they were letting us know not to come any closer!
