Ghost Sign

This chimney stack has an old sign for "Tony's New Empress Ballroom" on town hall St. Blackburn. This sign has mostly worn away but the tag doesn't really help. I have had the pleasure of going to a rather smoky Dub Reggae night in the ballroom but it has since closed.
