blooming lovely day

Weather-wise at least. I sobbed over shortbread fingers in M&S because they were a Polly Parrett staple. I sob a lot because life keeps on going and I would dearly love to sit and shoot the breeze with my Mum who knew me best of all (apart from God obvs).

There were good things today too, including eating the shortbread fingers.
