Contentment

The sheep that is.
A good day here, this morning started early in the kitchen making cheese scones for a visitor, a potential cat sitter. And preparation for an evening meal for our neighbours. Most enjoyable, in the preparation anyway. Making roulades - savoury or sweet - is a satisfying activity and this evening one of the puds is a chocolate roulade.
