The Only Way is Up

The straw that broke the camel’s back.  My laptop has crashed today and it’s sent me over the edge, this year keeps getting worse.
 
Went for a walk up Pen Y Fan to clear my head.  Even that didn’t help.
 
The only way is up, but only after I reach rock bottom.
