Birthday Cake

This afternoon's work. When I asked Chris to choose a cake for his birthday I was imagining something a little more...'birthday-like' and something I had perhaps made before. Instead he decided on something new. This has a cheesecake filling surrounded by chocolate cake and a black cherry jam glaze. It looks yummy.
