Carers week and a problem solved

This week is Carers Week and I had a request to photograph a visit to the Carers in Bedfordshire by Alister Burt their President and also "Minister for Care & Support". Non of these were blip material and I've had a problem with a 100-300 lens for my Lumix (equivalent to 600mm) hand holding. A monopod as solved the problem and I'm now getting sharp images
