Chef's Menu du Jour!!

After yesterday's epic trip, I was very glad that my brother was tied up with conference calls all morning as it meant I could just sit and be...

Once his meetings were over, my brother exchanged his work hat for his Chef's hat, and we headed to the supermarket! The afternoon was then taken up by preparations for a mammoth, gourmet barbecue which lasted five hours! Well, it was such a beautiful late afternoon and warm evening that it seemed a shame to go back indoors, so as dusk fell, the lanterns were lit and the drinks flowed...
