Dogs in their Pack

My last couple of hours in Barcelona and as usual this brings mixed feelings. I’m happy to be going home, very happy to be shortly seeing Janet, but at the same time I’ve really enjoyed Barcelona and would love to be here for longer.  I shall return!
Barcelona is full of people walking their dogs. My colleague LB stayed here 10 years ago, visiting a friend who lived here and had a dog. She told me that the city was very dog-friendly.
Just behind our hotel was the Joan Miro park, with a huge pillar of sculpture sitting in a pool of wateron the edge of the park, naturally by the man himself. You can see the statue on my extra shot.  I decided to take a pre-breakfast walk in the park and take some pictures of that piece of art.
I did that but in the end was more pleased by this photogaph of dogs meeting up and socialising together, while their owners also met up and socialised.  I guess they meet up fairly regularly as they all (dogs and owners) get their exercise.
