Complicated

I was awake well before the alarm this morning, after only around 3hrs sleep. That was after taking 2 diazepam's and a sleeping tablet. I don't know what I need to do to get a decent sleep night after night.
Thinking of taking 2 of everything I have tonight, see if that works.

After work I went to the supermarket then drove out to South Queensferry hoping to get a glimpse of a sunset. No such luck as the clouds came in and it was cold!
