I see double up ahead.

Almost twenty years ago I used to finish work on a Friday early and go out for an "early doors drink" before generally getting a take away and going to watch TFI Friday on TV. Some weeks I'd then get showered changed and head back out till the early hours. TFI was hosted by the then crazy DJ turned TV presenter Chris Evans. That was before he went totally off the rails, lost a fortune, married a young pop star and moved to LA.
He has since been divorced, moved back to England, got married again, made another few fortunes, gone back to radio (from where he first came) had two lovely sons and a grandson, organised a festival which is now in its fourth year (we've been to every one) and presents my favourite breakfast radio show on BBC Radio2. Oh and this year he ran the London marathon! The guy has more energy than a Duracell bunny.
Tonight I'm watching the final TFI show that he never had (due to him going off the rails and running away before the last show) the difference is this evening I spent after school with my best friend and her daughter & Miniman having tea, drinking coffee then coming home to put on my pjs, pour me a glass of wine after putting my boy to bed and watching the show with no intentions of going out anywhere and being in bed long before midnight!
