Curious Tui

A Native Tui visits our flowering Eucalyptus tree in our garden today, flitting about 6 meters up in the top- most branches. These birds are nectar feeders. This male has a lovely iridescent green breast feathers that shone in the bright winter sun. He had the most lovely song like call, soon other birds joined him. I'd far rather hear beautiful bird song than noisy neighbours stereos anyday
