Weather-Beaten

This old shed door that I just saw in Fairhaven looks like how I feel today. After yesterday afternoon's brief period of lovely early summer weather, we've returned yet again to cold, wet, and windy conditions.

It's not that I'm unhappy unless the sun is shining -- in fact, I'm not overly fond of bright sunshine. A soft overcast sky would be fine, with a daytime temperature just a bit higher than 55F/13C. And no rain.

I know from your journals that I'm not alone in righteous grumbling about the weather, and that does provide a modicum of comfort.
