Chamomile on the edge of the cornfield

The scent of these daisies brings back more memories of childhood.  This time as a small girl staying with my grandmother and uncle on his farm in the Quantocks.  I was so glad to see them in such profusion on our farm and I don't think they are being a nuisance to the crop!

The extra photo is some sort of hawk hovering outside our kitchen window, not very clear as the sun was so bright.
