Family day

We went swimming today. I don't think we've done this as a family since our last holiday, 6 years ago!

Very enjoyable. Lots of diving, splashing and I even managed some lengths to practice for the triathlon I won entry to in July. My only worry is its open water with fish and things!! It'll keep me going. I managed 11 and a half lengths which was more than enough for the Tri distance. I just need to dust off my cycling shorts again and get out to cover the miles too!

We went to Swindon and had a scrumptious meal in Ed's Diner. We are all now stuffed!
