Down on the South Coast today near Milford-on-sea, and with the wind really blowing, I managed to get this shot on a quick visit to the beach (taken before the descent by steps to the beach below). 

I loved it how this bird in the bottom right hand corner of the photo, seemed to be just sanding there taking in the scenery :-)

In the distance are what I think are the 'Needles' of the Isle of  Wight.
