Lunch in the Forties

Took Mum and Dad to the pub we went to on Wednesday and experienced the full history lesson that it is. This is the wall painting on the inside of the WAAF toilets. Apparently the Pilots' toilets were just as evocative.
Preceded lunch with double Spin class which, on top of Pump last night has rendered me pretty immobile. Stood up long enough to cook a seafood risotto for me and Him Outdoors before The Teen got back from her Les Mis trip to London. She loved it and our Saturday has been a really relaxed and happy one too.
