Terrible night's sleep last night............which led to a terrible day's sleep today.............drifted off three or four times.

Managed to stay awake long enough to cook a barbie...........nothing flash...........burgers and sausages...........a bit of pasta.........mushrooms.

Tasted fantastic............beef and red onion burgers..............pork, apple and cheese sausage..

Watched England women in the World Cup tonight......beat Mexico 2-1.....much better than the men!

Off to bed now.....early start in the morning............fishing match.
