Childhood memories

The weekly theme for our little challenge group is Childhood Memories.  I have very few memories of my childhood, but I know that I always loved the seaside.  This is an old photo of me and my Nana, possibly at Ayr, and  I've plopped us onto Hamilton Beach, which is a 15 minute walk from home.  I still love everything about the seaside and I'm happy that I live close to it.
The extra is the old photo with its original colour superimposed on the beach where I walked this morning.  I changed it to mono and added a canvas texture.
