Old Railway Bridge.

A significant number of our Wednesday cycle runs start from the Roseburn Cycle Path, in particular, at this bridge over the A8 in Edinburgh. Each time we start there I photograph this ironwork and each week I discard it for something better. Today I didn’t bother but blipped it on the way home from Clackmannan as it seemed to be my best option.

The paintwork has faded somewhat over the years so I’ve used a tinting process to restore it. Where possible,  the colours were sampled from the original image.
