Colour-change birds?

Went to the County Mall in Crawley today to get some final birthday presents. They have changed their display since I was last here...each section of the Mall has these colour-changing shapes hanging down. They change from pink and blue and purple through to pastel shades.

They reminded me of flocks of birds and I thought they were lovely!
