Required equipment

It's not often you can say that you need SPF 50 even though you live in a rain forest. The temps may not have climbed above 25 or so but it seems the clouds have gone south for the summer, there ain't any!
That's the end of the weather report so over to H on the sports desk. 

Spent the morning watching the first half of  the England-Mexico game and shouting obscenities at the TV. The 2nd half was calmer as England seemed to decide that they were capable of playing some decent football and got on with it.
But the real stunner of the day was Columbia beating France. My word those Columbian ladies left nothing on the pitch, just pure effort from start to finish.  Wonderful stuff to watch.
